We’ll discuss things like prepping your pantry, grocery shopping, reading food labels, buying and cooking healthy foods, amongst others! We will also have regular check-ins through email, text and/or phone to ensure you are staying on track. The amount of sessions depends on your progress and how successful you are at making changes.
